Is SoulMetric free? What do I get on the free plan?+
Yes, SoulMetric is free to start and you can stay on the free plan as long as you like. Free includes one Transit insight tab, your card of the day, your Human Design Type with a plain-language summary, and 10 Luna messages per month. Paid plans unlock all three insight tabs, full charts, deeper compatibility readings, and more tarot.
What do paid plans include?+
Upgrading unlocks all three daily insight tabs (astrology transits, Human Design, and tarot), your complete charts, full compatibility depth in Match, and expanded tarot readings. Higher tiers add AI-generated relationship summaries and the ability to discuss any chart or pairing directly with Luna.
Is the yearly plan worth it?+
Yearly billing saves 20% compared with paying monthly, which works out to roughly 2.4 months free per year on the Mystic plan. There is no lock-in: you can cancel anytime from your account settings.
How does the Match compatibility feature work?+
Add someone's birth data once and SoulMetric calculates your compatibility across both astrology and Human Design. The free plan gives you a template synastry reading; Seeker+ adds AI summaries by life area and your full Human Design composite chart; Oracle unlocks Discuss with Luna about the pairing. Results are cached, so reopening a Match is instant.
What does SoulMetric show me each day?+
Each morning your Today screen shows the day's astrology transits read against your own chart, how today's sky temporarily activates your Human Design, your card of the day, and one clear action to focus on. Everything is grouped by life area and written in plain language, so you can scan it in under a minute.
Do I need an exact birth time?+
An accurate birth time gives you the most precise chart, including your Rising sign, houses, and the finer points of your Human Design. If you are unsure of your exact time, you can still get meaningful astrology and Human Design insights, and you can update your birth data anytime as you learn more.
Is my birth data private?+
Your birth data is used only to calculate your charts and personalize your guidance. You can review or update it anytime in your account settings.
How accurate is SoulMetric, and is it scientific?+
SoulMetric calculates your charts using precise astronomical and Human Design data. Astrology and Human Design are symbolic, experiential systems, not scientific theories, and SoulMetric presents them that way: as tools for self-reflection rather than prediction. The value is in testing what resonates against your own lived experience.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel or change your plan anytime from your account settings, and you keep access through the end of your billing period. Your charts and saved readings stay with your account.
